  How the Program Works
 

All of the course content is available online. Registered students use their passwords to access the lessons. Course work is provided by Ballard & Tighe’s partner, the Professional Development Institute (PDI).


  Self-paced Courses
 

Work entirely at your own pace; begin as soon as you register.


  Fully Accredited
 
Earn graduate credit through the University of San Diego (USD). Successful completion of each course earns three (45 hours) graduate-level extension credits (fully transferable)

 

Salary Advancement

 

Courses may help teachers gain salary advancement and credential renewal.

  Optional Timeline and Fees
 


You may choose to register for your course in one of two ways (courses are identical):

  • Flex Course: $324 (You have up to one year to complete a flex course. Each course has five online tests and four written assignments.), OR
  • Semester Course: $385 (Semester courses are shorter in length; dates are posted online. Each course has six written assignments.)
